Refund Policy

I hope you enjoy your mosaic, but if you do want to return it, I am happy to receive returns. 

eGift cards are non-returnable.  For more details see eGift card.


How to return:

Please contact me within 2 weeks of purchase to let me know that you wish to return the item.


Please then return the item to me unused and in its original condition and packaging within 3 weeks of purchase, and I will refund you.


UK Customers:

Please note that you will need to pay the return postage. 


If you paid for an additional postage charge (instead of using my free second-class option) when ordering, please note I will refund you the cost of the mosaic(s), but not the additional costs you choose to pay for shipping the item(s) out to you.

International Customers:

Please note I will refund you the cost of the mosaic(s) that you purchased, but not the postage cost for shipping the item(s) out to you.  The cost of the shipping both ways (and any customs charges) is with you.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact me immediately.  As long as it has not been despatched, I will be happy to fully refund you, including any additional postage costs you've paid.  Please note that eGift cards are non refundable.
